Arrival and handing over of the keys
Mireille and Pascal are waiting for you at 41 Kerégal to give you the key to your gîte or guest house. A sign will show you the reception desk.
The price is indicated charges included (water, electricity, heating).
For the guest houses: Amandine's house, Julie's landmark & Jules' dream: wood included
Tourist tax: 0,40€ per day and per adult (18 years old)
Length of stayLength of stay
The contract is concluded for a fixed period and cannot be extended without prior agreement of the owner.
Conclusion of contract
The reservation becomes effective as soon as the customer will have sent to the owner a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the price of the stay.
The payment of this deposit is valid for acceptance of the conditions of sale.
Cancellation by the customer
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or e-mail.
Travel Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended

1 - Cancellation 6 months (180 days) before the arrival date: free refund.
2 - Cancellation between 181 days and 45 days before the arrival date: the deposit of 50% of the stay remains with the owner.
3 - Cancellation less than 45 days: 100% of the price of the stay. .
4– Shortened stay: the price of the stay remains with the owner.
5– No show within 24h: 100% of the price of the stay and the owner can re-let the house.
Cancellation by owner
The owner cancels the stay, he must inform the customer by letter or e-mail. The customer will be immediately refunded the sums paid. The customer will also receive compensation at least equal to the penalty he would have borne if the cancellation had occurred on that date. These provisions do not apply when an amicable agreement is concluded for the purpose of acceptance by the client of an alternative stay proposed by the owner.
Arrival & Departure
The arrival time is between 5pm and 7pm and the departure time at 10 am
For late or delayed arrivals, the customer must notify the owner.
If the number of guests at the gîte exceeds the capacity, the owner is able to refuse additional guests. This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or a rupture of the rental contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of a higher number of customers than those refused, no refund can be envisaged.
Settlement of balance
The balance of the rent is to be paid 45 days before arrival in the holiday cottage..
For any stay of more than 7 days, the tenant pays on arrival a deposit of 200€ to the owner. At the end of the stay, it will be returned, after deduction of the cost of repairing the premises & damage to furniture and objects.
If the damage is higher, the tenant undertakes to pay the difference on presentation of the invoice by the owner.
Use of places
The customer will have to ensure the peaceful character of the hiring and to make use of it in accordance with the destination of the places. The installation of tents, caravans or motorhomes on the grounds of the rented property is strictly prohibited.
2 options :
1 - Fixed price end of stay cleaning: 50€
2 - Without household option: the gîte is made clean (floor vacuumed and washed, electric plate cleaned, crockery made and stored, sanitary....)& in the initial state where the customer found it. If this is not in conformity, the owner can charge 50 € on the deposit.
Animals are not allowed unless the owner agrees.
Our houses are non-smoking
Our gites, rentals and guest rooms are insured by fire, water leakage and glass breakage insurance. Your personal belongings and valuables are not covered by this insurance.
Disputes will be settled by the Tourist Office. CLEVACANCES (gîtes) & GITES DE FRANCE (bed and breakfast),'Office de Tourisme. As a last resort by the district court of the places of residence of the lodgings & rooms.
